Lunapay telegram bot review

Lunapay is a newly launched telegram bot that claims to be rewarding users with money for completing some tasks and referring others. The administrators of the bot claims the reward scheme was put in place due to the Christmas season and alot of social media users have been promoting and sharing payment screenshots which they claim are real for others to join.

However, in this review, our aim is not to still tell you what you have probably read or seen on various social messaging platforms. Some deep analysis were conducted and it was discovered that Luna pay might not actually be legit i.e. to say, the telegram bot may not actually be paying as they claim.

In this article, we will be breaking down all there is to know about Luna pay telegram bot, their so called earning methods and finally, the reasons why I think it may not be legit. By the end of this piece, you would gain significant insight as to whether to continue referring and completing tasks with hopes of getting paid at the end or to simply steer clear and save yourself further stress and waste of time.

About Lunapay Bot

Lunapay is a telegram money making bot that allows users earn some passive income by referring others, checking into the bot daily and also, completing some daily tasks (which often has to do with joining other telegram channels and groups)

The earning rate depends on the task completed but on a general note, referring seems to carry the most weight and understandably so. Whoever owns the bot has two goals in mind, and one of them is to build his or her channel subscribers and followers through the bot for free with the promise to pay users.

Breakdown of Earnings

Lunapay earning methods

There are three main ways of earning on Lunapay and they are as follows;

  1. Referring – like I said earlier, this carries the most weight. When you refer someone, you earn 150 naira instantly, i.e. after the person joins their telegram communities and confirms membership.
  2. Task completion – most of the tasks have to do with joining telegram groups and channels of their purported partners. Upon completion of each task, you will be given the opportunity to claim the reward. The ones I claimed were fixed at 110 naira.
  3. Daily Check-in – as a user, you are automatically entitled to 70 naira daily bonus which is claimable every day.

Lunapay Red Flags

There are various reasons why you should be wary of participating or joining the Lunapay telegram bot. I know it’s very easy to get swerved by social media frenzy and allure but bear in mind that, time is a currency one can’t afford to toil with.

The main reason why scam or fake online earning platform suck so much is the time we spend on them with hopes of receiving money. Your hopes get dashed and also, the time and effort gets wasted but guess who wins regardless of how you feel? The administrators of such earning platforms.

In the case of Lunapay, there are a few things that are negatively convincing enough and I think it’s important you take note of them;

1. Fake Payment Proofs – the reason we join most earning platforms or websites is the payment proofs of others. Once we see that others are getting paid, it makes us trust whatever we are about joining even more but the reality is that, people looking for referrals have flooded social media with fake payment screenshots.

Lunapay intentionally posted a couple of payment proofs on their telegram channel as a way of providing users with image proofs to use in promoting and bringing in more members for them. No one has actually been paid by the platform.

The payment screenshots you see everywhere on social media are from the administrators and if you are observant, you would notice that, most people are sharing same set of screenshots. Meaning these are not real payments received by them.

2. High Minimum Withdrawal – the minimum threshold for withdrawal is 5,000 naira but the earning capacity is very low. In order to meet this threshold, task earnings won’t be enough, you still have to refer a lot of people since their referral bonus is just 150 naira. It’s common for a scam to fix a very high minimum withdrawal especially, knowing fully well that it would take a lot of time before users hit this threshold.

It’s for this reason that, alot of users are promoting and sharing write-ups on Lunapay. They are all doing that, to just reach the minimum withdrawal that is far-fetched.

3. Nature of Tasks – most of the tasks like I said earlier have to do with joining other channels and groups. This brings us back to my earlier statement about Lunapay being an easy tool for whoever developed it to gain free subscribers.

It’s a common practice in today’s world for people to create telegram bots, claim to be paying out money or providing a certain service – compel users to join their partner telegram channels and groups. Their main aim is to gain free users and members using the bot and not to pay anyone free money.

They leverage on the greed and hardship in the country to lure in gullible users to join their telegram communities and in turn get ghost them when it’s time for payment.

Final Verdict

Lunapay telegram bot is most likely not legit. First things first, most bots on telegram that claim to be paying out money to users are mostly scam. I have actually reviewed a few of them on this blog.

Most telegram bots that promise to pay users money for completing tasks are usually a waste of time and as such, shouldn’t be taken seriously. They will use you to build their telegram communities and not still pay at the end, while some go as far as requesting for deposits from users before payment can be made.

Each telegram bot has a purpose, either to build their communities, or scam users directly by asking for deposits. Lunapay appears to fall into the first category.

Conclusion

Lunapay bot is not legit. Indications suggest that, it’s just a subscriber-farming tool set up by someone looking for a way to build his or her telegram channels without spending a dime. The false payment proofs, the poor earnings structure with a higher minimum withdrawal threshold are all signs that, it’s not going to end well for people stressing themselves over the bot.
